COUNTRY DAMAGE CLAUSE |

| This policy covers the risk of Country Damage but shall in no case by deemed to extend to cover, irrespective of the contents of a bill of lading issued by the carriers against the goods, any damage which, from the external appearance of the goods at the time of their arrival in Korea, may reasonably be presumed (a) to have been caused by floods and/or tidal waves and/or influx of rising waters and/or torrential rains before loading on board the overseas vessel, or (b) to have been apparent at the time of loading on board the overseas vessel, by the surveyor appointed by this Company in accordance with the Special Surrey Clause incorporated herein. |
