ON-DECK CLAUSE (B) |

| Notwithstanding any average warranty (inclusive of coverage for any extraneous risks if granted hereunder) and the clause 8(8.3) of the Institute Cargo Clauses, it is specially understood and agreed that in the event of the interest hereby insured or any part thereof being carried on deck, the conditions on such deckload shall be amended to "I.C.C.(C) (Subject to Risks Clause contained in the Institute Cargo Clause (C)]including the risks of Washing Overboard" as from the commencement of this insurance |
