SPECIAL SURVEY CLAUSE
 In case of loss or damage claimable hereon, immediate notice shall be given to this Company, who will appoint a surveyor from among those approved by this Company.
 The Assured's right to recover under this policy shall be dependent upon their presentation of a survey report issued and certified by the said surveyor.
