SPECIAL CLAUSES FOR ON-DECK CARGO (LOGS, LUMBERS) |

| It is especially understood and agreed that in the event of on-deck load herein being in excess of the full declared percentage or value to be carried on deck, whether by the exercise of a liberty granted to shipowners or charters under the contract of affreightment or not, underwriter shall be liable for the loss caused by jettison and/or washing overboard in such proportion of the percentage or value declared to be carried on deck in the policy to the actual percentage or value of on-deck load |
