LIVE-FISH CLAUSE (A) |

| 1. Notwithstanding the Provisions of Transit Clause of the
Institute Cargo Clauses, this policy shall remain in force until
completion of survey at Assured's Customer's warehouse or until expiry of
24 hours after discharge at ( ) port, whichever shall first occur. 2. This policy shall be limited to pay only for (a) loss of death &for mortality of each flesh from any cause whatsoever. (b) Non-Delivery of each case. 3. Notwithstanding anything contained to the contrary in Clause 2 (a) above and Institute War Clause (Cargo), this Company shall not pay for any loss or damage caused by or resulting from seizure, arrest, restraint, detainment, rejection under quarantine or other similar regulation. |
